need for public transportation to other towns/citi

As the work availability in our city is at 0, many bread winners work at least 35 miles away from their homes and drive 70 or more miles a day to and from work ; a need for people to either car pool or have a way to get to and from work/home cheaper than each driving their cars daily. I figure the average person gets 15 miles per gal and with gas to go up to $4 a gal. which means $16 at least a day $80 a week and $320 a month; if they work 40 hour weeks 20 days a month. We all need to figure ways to cut this cost. If it gets too hard to buy gas to work then I think we will see more people asking for welfare or mothers having to work away from home instead of being there for the kids. This is something that needs to be addressed soon. At an average of pay being $7 a hour that means before taxes I would be bringing a check home for $1100 and gas paid from that is around $320 leaves a take home amount of $780 before taxes taken out. The average house hold has car payments insurance which shows +$9600 miles added to amount of miles driven yearly. This also needs insurance which the more miles driven the higher the premimum and taxes are going up and food to buy utilities to pay , well , as you see there is a need to address this.
