This is a wonderful community to live in. Housing prices range from the low 300s to the high 800s. The strict homeowners assocation has helped to protect the house values. This community has 17 tennis courts, two pools, and golf course. This community can also afford a activities director and tennis pro full time. I feel this subdivision of over 2000 houses represents a perfect example of a great place to live.
