Andover is a quiet community close to I-95 in Delray Beach, FL. It is about 10 minutes from the beach and downtown Delray Beach. There are 125 homes all of which are beautifully landscaped. There are some small ponds and canals. People are mostly respectful of others and the neighborhood is quite peaceful.
