Review of Duvall, Washington

Not that bad
Star Rating - 5/10/2007
Duvall is a nice, quiet, and safe community and only about 24 miles from Seattle. Yes, there are a lot of Microsoft employees living there, but they are mostly in the new developments in "new Duvall". The older parts of the city have a lot of friendly people that work in the town's shops, drive truck, or are tradesmen (painters, carpenters, etc.) that I've met while out and about around town.

As far as the last poster said that people are "too cheap" to live in Seattle or Bellevue, I don't consider it being cheap if you can't actually afford to live in Seattle and Bellevue. Real estate prices are nuts in the Seattle area and even prices in Duvall were a shock to me moving here from PA.
