Ellenton is actually a postal address across the Manatee River from Bradenton. We are centrally located between Sarasota, St. Pete's and Tampa. Each is a 20-40 minute drive or less--a boon for culture and amenities. But the best characteristic is that the cost of living is lower than those other cities.
