A great, convenient city

Everett is located off of the I-5 corridor which I find convenient for my work commute. There there are tons of great places to eat all throughout Everett, and housing is more reasonably priced than other nearby cities. That said, housing prices are going up EVERYWHERE in the Pacific NW, Everett included. We were lucky enough to get in on a house at a reasonably price.
But yeah, if you are looking for a reasonably priced place to live with numerous great restaurants (also great pubs in North Everett), shopping, etc. Everett is a good way to go. If you are looking at buying a house, the dream is still possible, though not cheap in Everett.
