Totally Underrated.

People here are really friendly, educated, and down to earth. The bars are fun, bar staff are also really attentive. Downtown is gorgeous for the most part & Gourmet eating in downtown is fantastic for the value. The only problem is it's so freaking cold most of the year.

I agree with you about the weather and the scenery, but i think the people are another story.
