It's a great place to live if you are a redneck.
Really, when you cross over from Ohio it's like going to another country.
I grew up here and spent my formative years being bullied, even by teachers at school, and dodging fights. I could not wait to grow up and get away from here.
Too far north to be considered southern. Indeed, it isn't like the rest of Kentucky or even Cincinnati for that matter. I don't know what it is, and I don't think they know either. They certainly are proud of their water tower though. People that live in Cincinnati make fun of them.
I do not come here except to get cheap liquor at Costco (which they can't sell in the Ohio stores) or Bruster's ice cream. When I do come here, I get out as fast as I can.
