Very stratified society

I was born and raised in Forsyth. If you were born here, and you are not part of the upper crust of society here, and you have ambitions, it would be best if you moved on to some other local because you are a grave threat to the powers that be.
On the other hand, if you are an outsider, and have a talent that could add to the quality of life in the community, and the powers that be judge you as having NO POLITICAL OR SOCIAL AMBITIONS, you will not be looked upon as a threat to their place in the community; thus, you will fit in nicely.
I am being neither complimentary nor critical. I'm only telling it as I see it.
