Frackville is a victim of high out-migration and poor local and county management. IT sure does not help The weather stinks in this part of PA, the recreation is not very good, the ball fields are old and outdated. The Schuylkill mall that opened in 1980 recently closed and the downtown is dead. There is A few decent pizza places at least are here. But really Frackville PA is a small town that is really dead.
