Review of Franklin, Ohio

rural Ohio between Dayton and Cincinnati
Star Rating - 2/14/2007
This has been a great place to live the last 20 or so years. Rural enough to be quiet and close enough to commute to major job areas. Several small towns within 10 miles of here with very different characters, all pretty nice. The area has started to be developed in the last 5 years, big box stores, suburbs, businesses, so its character is in flux. Still pretty nice with services within easy distance, positioned between two major interstates, reasonable distances to 3 major airports for travel, lots of things to do in the area: amusement parks, nature areas, cultural venues.
