Crime Virtually Non-Existent

In Northern Pittsburgh and Gibsonia in particular, crime is very low. Northern Allegheny County boasts more residents licensed to carry firearms than any other part of the county according to the Sheriff's office. The police are very active and patrol heavily. Traffic enforcement with an emphasis on DUI enforcement are related to the number of traffic accidents on the local roads. There is an active drug task force and the local departments require a 4-year degree to be considered for hiring.
