Gilbert is a great place to raise a family.

We moved here almost nine years ago after a job relocation and absolutely love living here. We've lived all over the US, from big cities to rural areas, I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather be. Gilbert is very family orientated, the schools are great and there is plenty of shopping nearby. The streets, parks and neighborhoods are all clean and well maintained. I'm not sure where the person who has never stepped foot in Gilbert got his info, but there is freeway access in Gilbert (the 202 will get you to all major freeways in the Phoenix area) and due to all the growth in Gilbert there is very little farmland left. It's not a place to go if you are looking for strip clubs or the bar scene, but we've got everything else you could ever want in a family friendly community.
