Review of Hansville, Washington

Living in Hansville on the Olympic Peninsula
Star Rating - 1/6/2008
Hansville is a small but rapidly growing community. Hansville has many well maintained community walking and hiking trails throughout the Hansville Greenway and Wildlife corridor. There is a Nature Conservancy reserve which has trails that lead down to the beach. There is the "Point No Point" lighthouse which is situated on the Admiralty inlet. This area is very popular for fishing and boating. From Hansville it is at least 15 minutes or more to Kingston for minimal restaurants and shopping and we do have a small grocery in Hansville. The Kingston ferry which is 25 minutes from Hansville offers service to the Seattle area. Hansville is VERY windy and the winters here are long but the summers are beautiful. It is my observation that we have minimal crime here.
