Deserves a Negative rating! I lived a block behind what was then called Abraham Lincoln Mercury by Manhatten & the expressway bacj in the mid 1970s. It's still the same West Bank, still the same weather, Only thing that has changed is the residents- & now the area is Dangerous because it has been allowed to become Gang Infested. Demographics Must Matter, because that is the biggest change in that area, & Violent Black Vermin have taken over & the Violent crime stats back up that statement.
