This page is nonsense. There are no shops or restaurants on the island, and certainly no surfing. Hat Island is a quiet island off the coast of Everett that has no commercial presence, but does have a 9-hole golf course, a lovely marina, and a desalination plant. There are water, power, and phone to each lot, and lots of wild areas left. The community is welcoming and each person is an individual.
