Serious Water Issues

I lived in Highwood for 10 years; many of my friends and neighbors had frozen pipes during the winter from the street to their homes and had NO water for months. The city did nothing for them. They either had to haul water to their houses or borrow from neighbors who had water. Recently, I heard that the water main for the entire city of Highwood broke --it was repaired but residents had to boil water in order to use it until they received the all clear. Highwood needs to address this serious issue.
