nice, safe, child friendly, expensive

I've rented in Hopewell for about 2 years now and even though I love the historical aspects I dislike driving 25 Minutes to the closest affordable stores. If you have the money and plan on raising a family its probably a good place for you. Also, a lot of these old homes have apartments in them (good idea to rent somewhere before you buy). I pay $1250 for a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath which is pretty cheap for this area. There is a tot park and a regular park within walking distance and I love the Boro Bean (coffee/muffin). Beautiful community but you need a high paying job to afford it. The people here are pretty nice, and will wave to your from their front porch. This is an OLD town, and a lovely one. I just wish I could afford it!
