Water/Sewage Utilities!

Water/Sewage bill in Huntington IN is outrageous! My bill has gone up about 30% to 40% in 4 yrs!! I know that the State and EPA are making local gov't water utilities to make upgrades especially where wastewater is concerned. Plus they decided that they needed a new well and treatment plant in the norther part of the city, but c'mon Man!! Some people (residential) paying up to $100.00 per mo. or more is utterly ridiculous!!
