Wonderful Low Cost Housing and Cost of Living

I have lived in the Indianapolis area for 9 years and was born and raised in Indiana. I have lived in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Florida. Although, different cities and states have their pluses, I have found Indianapolis and the surrounding areas to be very accomadating. I now own a real estate company, and whether you are investing or buying an individual home to live in, you can get a great place for less money compared to many cities across the nation. The surrounding counties are good as well. I can speak of Hamilton County the best because I live near there on the Marion County side and do business in Fishers, Noblesville, and Carmel. I have friends and family that live and work in these areas of Hamilton county, which has award winning schools and great places to raise a family. The cost of living is relatively inexpensive compared to many areas of the country as well. Yes, we do have some winter weather that we don't like, but the snow fall isn't as bad as people think. A few days out of the year become difficult to travel, but some years it might be 10 days and other years it might be 5 days. I have been guilty of compaining about weather no matter where I live, the change of seasons are nice. I will always compalain about winter because I don't like being cold, but overall, it isn't bad.
