Review of Indianapolis city, Indiana

Possible Relocation

My spouse and I are looking to possibly relocate to Indianapolis, through
his job. Can someone tell me what are the best areas of housing in the
Indianapolis area ? Not looking for high price housing. We are in our early 50's
with 2 small dogs. Looking to start my pet grooming business from home. Want an
area with low crime, quiet and family oriented.
