Relocating to Indy-How is the Singles Scene and Mo

I'm a former Hoosier and plan to return home to Indy from Dayton,OHIO that is a wasteland for a single person. I would welcome any comments on the singles scene in Indy. I love to Latin and ballroom dance and volunteer. In Dayton the only way to meet a person is online or find a church with a singles group, and only one has such.

Also, is the job situation and pay as bad as I've been hearing?
