want to move to indy but...

We really want to move to INDY but with all the negative comments im not too sure i now live north of TAMPA FL and hate it here ! The weather sucks!! you step outside and sweat your ass off!! what about FORT WAYNE indiana or small towns surrounding indianapolis?? anybody have any comments regarding HERITAGElake in COATESVILLE? We are planning a trip soon but would love some feedback THANKS!!!!
