Jackson is a very expensive place to live. Mostly because we have a housing problem. THus the homes that are here are worth alot as they are hard to come buy. Rent here is around 1,800-2,200 a month for a three bedroom and it is impossible to find a home for sale under 500,000 or even 600,000.
