I have been living in Kendall with my family for 25 years. Our children were raised here and we love it. I've been in Miami for the past 54 years and these are the most peaceful 25 years in spite of the traffic and poor transportation system (which I hope will be substantially improved) but besides that, nothing can beat peace of mind. Everything seems to be close to you. Hospitals, clinics, shopping malls (including Dadeland South), major stores, Hotels, major thoroughfares: Turnpike, Palmetto, 874 and 878 and South Dixie Highway, not to mention the fact that its very close to major attractions, and the list can go on.
