King of Prussia has the lowest taxes in the 5 county area. It is centrally located just 20 minutes from center City Philadelphia, a very good public transportation system, housing costs are generally less than the rest of the surrounding areas, home of one of the largest shopping malls in the USA and a crime rating of only 1 which is the lowest you can get.
