new waterfront walkway, several new music venues and restaurants, booming art community, much more citizen action (see the Neighborhood Watch) and see kingstonhappenings.org and the main street manager project, Keegans, Sever 21, UPAC, Healthy Kingston for Kids...

And we have 3 new aldermen (out of 9) who are great!
