I'm sorry to differ with you, but I have lived in Leawood for almost 7 years and have been miserable nearly every day. It's either 100 degrees or 10 below...not much in between. The weather is brutal here. And is it flat... They have pretty much paved over the prairies and thrown up big ugly boxes for homes on tiny lots. No soul here at all.

It has been neither 10 degrees below zero nor 110 degrees above zero in Leawood. This woman is easily dismissed as incredible. The hottest month is July average high/low temperatures are 89/68. The coldest month is January, average high/low temperatures are 39/20. (numbers in degrees fahrenheit) There are wonderful stores, great schools, beautiful trees and trails, and I've never seen a big ugly box for a home. Lots are not "tiny". Sounds like Sue is just a miserable person, the location has nothing to do with her misery.
