Lincroft is a small, friendly community within Middletown Township. It's primarily made up of families with children. Most residents are highly educated with more than 55% having college degrees or advanced degrees. That said, there is a strong emphasis on learning and the public school district is highly rated. It is also home to superior private schools if that is your preference. To name several, High Tech High School, Christian Brother's Academy, Oak Hill Academy and St Leo the Great School. Lincroft is conveniently located close to Parkway Exit 109, NJ Transit and the North Jersey Coast Line making commuting a breeze.
