I presently rent an apartment at Coachman Manor. It is a fairly large complex with a shopping center and a separate grocery store across the street. Redevelopment is pending completion of financing arrangements by the developers. When financing is ready, all apartments on my side of the street (There are a number of them in addition to Coachman Manor.) will be torn down. The whole area on this side of the street will be rebuilt.
