Filthy old houses with bars on the windowss. most not air conditioned. Old and beat up. only an idiot would by there. One state over in Nevada I jiust moved into a 2000 sq foot 2018 build new construction house, not an apt, but a real house, for 1400 month. Clean never lived in new stainless appliances, central A/c with digital zones in each room incl bedrooms, 2 car attached garage, you name it . That's just an example. Same house in LA would be 5 K and it would be 50 years old with a/c wall units, and no garage ..that place is a joke
