Louisville is stuck in a rut. If you like culture and fine arts, this is not the place for you. Sometimes Louisville wants to be a big city, other times, they want to be a small one. Make up your minds!!!! Also, there is alot of crime here, it is not as safe as one would think. I have been here since 1999, and cannot wait to move!
