Hello. It is very hard to make friendships here that are anything more than fleeting. People (esp singles) tend to be fickle, a bit arrogant and very conservative at the least. If you are a single woman men will not approach you as they might in other cities. It is not a singles town, sadly. I wish it were different here, but its a battle to make/keep friends.
