Great for simple minds

If you're a simple minded person that likes a big city feel, Louisville is perfect for you. There is no room for progressive thought. Most people my age (21-35) like the bar scene. There are few cultured areas. For the most part, "culture" to Louisvillians means looking at a few paintings of guns and/or horses, or guns pointed at horses, or horses holding guns. I like to call most Louisvillians "sophisticated rednecks." They live in nice houses, make a decent living, but don't have much going on upstairs, and whatever is going on up there is not subject for review. Very archaic mentality here. Ashamed to say I was born here. Hey, the weather is nice, though.
