Not bad for Ohio

Loveland is a friendly, safe, pretty area northeast of Cincinnati. The schools are good with helpful teachers. The housing is great for the money. Large yards with plenty of trees. There is a great bike trail along the river. However, if you like nightlife it is not the place for you. This is a family community and if you like to get out a 20 minute drive to Cincinnati is where you'll have to go. Since traffic is only during "rush hour" driving is a breeze.
