Review of Manassas, Virginia

Commuting Mecca
Star Rating - 12/29/2006
Manassas is in Northern Virginia about 23 miles West of the Washington, DC beltway. A large part of the population commutes to the DC area. Carpools, commuter rail, and bus service is ample. Traffic to and from DC is about as bad as traffic gets anywhere in the US.

The town government is concerned about the growing illegal immigrant population that is causing overcrowding neighborhood housing and thus unsafe living conditions.
