Safe, cute town with caverns, camping and canoeing

I bought in a new subdivision here two years ago because my son was attending FSU. I wanted to be closer to him (1 hr drive to Tally). It's a a laid back town with a few restaurants a Walmart and Winn-Dixie. Only an hr drive to Panama City Beach. The weather is humid and hotter than Hades with little breeze. You'll find brand new homes to very old homes in the area and it's not expensive to live here. Very conservative people, but they're pretty friendly.
