I've lived in Marysville for 14 years now.  It's a growing community close to Dublin, OH (a Columbus suburb) so every amenity that you can think of is either here or close by.  That being said, it's a quiet community, very conservative, very Christian oriented.  People are very nice.  The schools are highly rated.  We've got lots of parks, a nice public pool and golf course.  The housing is priced a bit above average and the utilities are very high - VERY high.  There's a great summer series of concerts and events.  Our main crime is drug related - we do have a high percentage of drug addiction comparatively but we've also got good task forces and ancillary services for rehabilitation.  It gets REALLY cold in the winter.  It's -6 today and the schools are closed.  We always have a few weeks in the summer above 95F.  There is very little racial diversity, although I've seen that changing a bit over the last five years. The headline in the paper the other day was about a man saving a dog from a frozen pond, so despite some crime issues, we maintain a Mayberry like feel.  It's a good community to live in and I'm very happy that I ended up here.
