Housing is untouchable. To buy or rent a house, apartment or room will cost anywhere from $700/month to $3200/month. According to the East Hampton afordable living starts at $1300/month for a one bedroom apartment. And don't forget this is a season town June-September. Otherwise the carpet rolls up and town is closed.

Housing for Seasonal Workers is nill. Must group in a rental motel/condo/co-op like most .4 to 6 persons in a room. Economy has delayed the season as well. Starts Memorial Day ends Labor Day. Thats it!
