Review of New York, New York

making a move...
Star Rating - 2/21/2010
As I have stated before, I have visited NYC a few times and I plan on moving here in a couple of years. Any advice for a young sinlge mom of one, from texas, who is on the road to acheiving a degree in finance? I appreciate wisdom from anyone who is, or has been in my situation. Thank you.

My advice to you? Don't move everything at once. Give it a month first, and see how it goes. I'm talking about just buying some used furniture maybe, or even getting a furnished apt so you don't have to buy any furniture. Most people, especially from TX will want to leave soon. Do it in Oct, or May, the nicest months.
