This is the most miserable place I've ever been unfortunate to spend any time. Be it the weather, the geography, or the people, I can't imagine a more unwelcoming set of conditions. There is no work unless you wish to die young in a factory or construction job. The pollution is amazing, and you'll never know your neighbors - which is for the best for they are mostly complete idiots.
