Good Public Education Should be a RIGHT not a Priv

Public Schools here are awful. I pay for private school, that I can hardly afford, in order to keep my daughter competitive. My tax dollars go to fund every school but the one my child in enrolled in. I should be able to send my child to a safe, good, competitive school and I should not have to pay for it.
