I live in upstate New York, there are mountains, trees and a lot of outdoor activities. Within a couple of hours is access to the big city, Montreal, and Boston. People have a bit of attitude compared to states out west and taxes are a killer here. It is really cold in winter and it isn't sunny very much of the time.
