Historical and cheap, but the inside is horrible.

I have lived here in Newark for over nine and a half years. This isn't the best place to live. Sure there's historical buildings, including the courthouse, and the housing is cheap, but there's a lot of abandoned buildings, the crime rate is rising, too many gang and tattooed people, WAY too many Trump supporters, outdated infrastructure, and too many rude people. I plan on moving back to my hometown in six years.
