I wonder how the Hampton Bridge Tunnel milking the norfolk peoples' tax money, and at the same time having pain from the traffic due to closing of either one of the lanes in the Bridge tunnel of almost 2-3-4 time every week. Please investigate the validity of who is/are doing the work, bids, contractors, schedules of repairs. Is there an independent audit of this operations. Is there any political and hidden kickback sum of money from these contractors? Where do they publish and post the Yearly expense and budget, who are those contractors or bidders? There are many ways to milking the city but do not stretch time and days of real and pretend work in the bridge tunnel. The 2-3-4 days every week multiply by 52 weeks a year (Average of 156 times a year), look how much tax money of JUST putting the barricades and cones in the freaking bridge and tunnel. This does not include the tax money for real work that you are doing. Please investigate and publish to the public how do these operations work.
