I love living in North Augusta! We have a wonderful, tight knit in our small town. The river and riverfront are absolutely gorgeous and it's a great place to hike, walk, kayak, and paddle board. We have great community, great restaurants, and great schools. There's a lot of young families moving into the new developments, but also people who have lived here their entire lives in the historic homes. You get a lovely "small town" charm with affordability, but our little downtown North Augusta is just across the bridge from downtown Augusta. It's a great place to live with a friendly, passionate community!
