Great little town

I am not sure how they get the crime rate here. We own 3 properties in town and haven't had a single problem in 10 years. I don't really see graffiti, no gang types hanging around or young people making trouble. I hear about disagreements at bars or people who have personal feuds (it is a SMALL town) but really have never felt like I was unsafe walking around town. My house has never been robbed and I have left it for months at a time in the winter. People are friendly and I have found they look after each other. I love Oil City, but then I really hate big cities with traffic and crowds. I like the quiet.
