Oreland is great place to live, but its not cheap. You need to have a good job to live in this area. This is a very quiet place. It is great for raising a family, but also expensive. Rent on the average is around 950 a month. Housing cost is 280,000. Its a good place for someone who is established, but not good for new couple just starting out. But overall its is a great place to live. I have lived in the area for about 3 years, but i have worked in this for about 9 years.
