You are a little confused. The 250,000 maximum population you indicated
for Palm Coast is wrong. That figure is for Flagler County. This city will be built out in five years. As far as building a school every year for fifteen years good luck, do you have any idea what your taxes would be?
The quality of life from 1999 has gone down a great deal.
