Palm Coast may be the best place to live.

I have reviewed the other comments about Palm Coast posted here.
#1 Palm Coast could not possibly be built out in 5 years. It is 30+ years into development now and less than 1/2 of the platted lots are built on. The population is 65,000 with a maximum of 250,000. There is no way to build that many homes that quickly even if there were buyers looking to move here.
#2 Anywhere is prone to fires if it get dry enough, look at Calif. now.
#3 The schools are overcrowded because of the growth rate in the mid 2000's. Construction of 1 school every year or every other year will correct this matter in 3-5 years.
#4 If you want access to all of the sport amenities you can imagine, in the sun, we have proximity access to all, if they are not within the City. Golf, tennis, boating or yachting, swimming, beach, intracoastal waterway (river), equestrian areas, etc. Don't be put off by those who want the community to stay as it is. I first moved here in 1986 and have seen massive changes with the growth, which are occurring now with the addition of shopping and retail amenities.
